Chris graduated from University of Bristol 2009 and worked for two years in a large hospital in Devon before joining Maven Veterinary Care (previously Frean and Smyth Vets) in 2011. He became the Clinical Director at Maven in 2018 and is relishing the challenge of leading our hospital. He has a keen interest in ophthalmology and achieved his Postgraduate Certificate of Small Animal Ophthalmology in April 2018.

Chris is a motorsports fanatic and podcaster for Missed Apex Podcast (where he is affectionately known as Catman). He loves to host parties and barbecues and has a passion for Ballroom and Latin dancing.
