Hazel graduated from University of Cambridge in 2014. After spending some time working in veterinary charity clinics in the Cook Islands and Thailand, she spent 2 years working in small animal practice in Hampshire, working at a large hospital. Hazel joined the team at Maven Veterinary Care in January 2017. Hazel has taken over the role of Veterinary Team Leader as maternity cover (February 2023- March 2024).

She enjoys all aspects of veterinary practice and has a particular interest in internal medicine.

In her spare time Hazel enjoys baking (much to the delight of her colleagues!), running and looking after her special needs rescue cat Saffy.
