Congratulations to Michaela who has successfully completed her BTEC in Veterinary Client Care!
Michaela joined our Customer Care team in April 2015 and, alongside working in the clinic, has been working on her BTEC since. The BTEC focuses on the aspects of veterinary customer care which are undoubtedly unique to the veterinary industry and is a qualification all of our customer care team have completed or are working on.
Michaela has a natural passion for working in customer care and we are thrilled she has passed this with ease. We are sure our clients will join us in congratulating her.
