This brave boy came to us through our night team, Vets Now, having had a very high fever and severe abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhoea. He had had exploratory surgery at another practice several days previous which found a retained testicle, but nothing was identified which explained his signs and he was deteriorating.

Bob the bunny has been a regular visitor with us recently. Happily, we have just signed him off, free to hop about with his best friend Penny who has been holding his paw throughout his entire journey! Bob has been a model patient and, while we are all sad to no longer see him every week, we are also very glad he is able to be his normal self at home.

Ebony is a lovely 15 year old cat who was pottering along quite nicely, enjoying life with pain medications for her arthritis. She loves her time in the garden exploring and felt she was capable of acting like a 5year old again!

We are thrilled to announce that Jennifer McLaughlin has passed her Vet Nurse qualifications meaning she is now a Registered Veterinary Nurse!

Sooty came in to see us in March because he had been having loose stools for six weeks. Unfortunately, on assessment he was found to have a large mass in his abdomen. We needed to know more about this and his overall health so we planned to run a blood test and to organise a specialist ultrasound of his abdomen.
